When does Curbside Pickup start?

When can I return my borrowed items?

You can return your items any time in the library's outside bookdrop.  

How does Curbside Service work?

During this time, the Clyde Library will be offering pickup services of in-house items to patrons.

Pickup services will be available to the public at the following times:

Monday - Thursday  9:00AM-8:30PM

Friday  9:00AM-5:00PM

Saturday  9:00AM-5:00PM

To place a curbside order, call the library at 419-547-7174.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes for staff to locate, check out, bag, and label your order.  

An order may contain up to a maximum of 5 items or one grab bag.  

When you arrive at the library, please enter the bookdrop drive and remain in your vehicle.  A staff member will come out to assist you.

Please maintain the social-distancing standard of six feet.

If you have a question or problem, please call the library as you will not be permitted in the building.

If you do not have a phone, please knock on the door and step back so a staff member may speak to you.

Library staff will be available during open hours to assist you over the phone and provide reference services.



Please note:  Return all items in our outside book drop.  Returned items will be held in quarantine for 3 days.

If I call in for curbside pickup, when can I pick my items up?

You may pick up your items approximately 30 minutes after they are ordered unless the order is placed within 30 mintues of closing.  If an order is placed within 30 minutes of the library's closing time, you will need to pick up your order the next day.

What items can I check out for curbside pickup?

5 individually requested items OR a grab bag of 10 similar items (for example, 10 DVDs, 10 paperbacks, 10 picture books, 10 magazines, etc.). Only items currently at the Clyde Library will be available for immediate pickup.

If I put a physical item on hold, when can I expect to receive it?

Holds can currently only be fulfilled by items owned by the Clyde Library.  At this time, we are unable to receive items owned by other library systems to fulfill hold requests.

Can I make photocopies using curbside service?

Yes, a staff member will assist you.

Can I send a fax using curbside service?

Yes, a staff member will assist you.

Can I use a computer at the library?

No, the library is open only for curbside service.

Can you print an IRS form for me?

Yes, a staff member will assist you.
